EARLY DAYS
Since completing a Bachelor of Journalism Degree in Television and a BA Honours degree in Sound Engineering in 2013 from Rhodes University, South Africa, I have been able to combine my proficiencies in both audio and video production to offer an all-rounded skillset tailored for the digital media space.
I initially started my career at a production company in Johannesburg, South Africa, where I was employed as a Sound Designer, Final Mixer and Music Composer for various TV channels and online digital content platforms.
MOZAMBIQUE
I went on to live and work in Maputo, Mozambique, where I was appointed as Director, DOP and Editor for video content at one of the country’s largest private media conglomerates. I worked within a team appointed to produce online content for social media, as well as commercials and documentaries for the company’s TV channel.
SOUTH AFRICA
Returning to South Africa in 2016, I established Video Branding Services (Pty) Ltd, a full production company specializing in corporate and personal branding videos, social and digital media content, as well as live event and conference coverage. Video Branding Services continues to service clients throughout the Southern African region.
PORTUGAL
Currently I am based in Portugal, servicing both European and international clients. Other than producing short-form content, I develop and direct various documentaries and series for global distribution. I've been absolutely privileged over the years to collaborate with world-wide industry-leading agencies and reputable brands in creating awesome and engaging video content for their audiences.
